Heat transfer

Course Description:
The aim of this course is to introduce the fundamentals of heat transfer and its applications in chemical industries, the thermal properties of materials, the heat transfer through equilibrium, the conduction heat transfer, the convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer, heat exchangers, boiling and condensation.

Course Outline:
Chapter 1: introduction, chapter 2: introduction to conduction, chapter 6: introduction to convection, chapter 7: external flow, chapter 8: internal flow, chapter 11: heat exchanger, chapter 12: radiation.
