Project management by using Primavera

Course Description:
A fundamental course to understand project management, understand how the project schedule works, and link the different activities to the project and arrange their priorities.

Course Outline:
• A summary of the FIDIC and contracts and an explanation of important terms. • Bids and the mechanism of their submission and referral to the contractor. • Defining the contractor, owner and consultant, the difference between them, and coordinating work between them. • Definition of program interfaces. • Create EPS, OBS, WBS and Activity, define the difference between them. • Linking the activities of the project by relationships and setting the start and end dates for each activity. • Determining the resources needed for the project and assigning them to the appropriate activities (quantity and cost). • Calculate and study the total cost of the project. • Activate the calendar on the schedule. • Print orders for the schedule.
